Located at 17th and Pennsylvania next to the White House, this Gallery is home to contemporary craft program.

It's free, part of the Smithsonian American Art Collection and includes some excellent pieces of art.  We stopped at the building to warm up a bit but truly enjoyed our self guided tour.  Takes 30 minutes.
